Very convenient that you can actually make an appointment and we were seen very close to the time we booked. Front desk reception is very helpful and kind. Both doctors we’ve seen here have been very pleasant and helpful. Ran any needed tests, were very thorough and friendly. Our Prescriptions were able to be picked up at the pharmacy within a few hours of our appointment. Very helpful in the instance, we can’t see our own doctor because we were sick during the weekend.
They didn’t send my prescription over to the pharmacy after I left for antibiotics I needed fast I had to call them and remind them to send it over even tho I was the first person they see and they were not busy I’ve been waiting 3 hours for my prescriptions I should of been got
The woman at the desk was beyond rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t even give the common courtesy of a smile. Will NEVER come back here.
Nurse and PA were amazing. In and out in less than an hour. Already feeling better
