I have been going here for years, since day one, never a problem. Always great service until yesterday. I went to get a shot. I always get a sinus infection this time of year. My face and head hurts to touch, couldn't breath out of nostrils, sneezing, nose running, etc. I felt terrible. This young girl (Payton) talked to me about my symptoms and said that she would have to send off for a culture test and would let me know. She offered me some damn sudafed and cough syrup. Staff was more worried about who was off than worrying abt taking care of who is here. Talking abt who is coming back and who all working and I can hear this entire convo right outside the door. I thought u weren't suppose to talk abt stuff like that around patient's.

Very nice staff. They always get me in and out. Not ever had a bad experience until now. I went in with fever and coughing sore throat and the nurse swabbed my tongue for strep. They did a Covid and flu test all came back normal so they send one off. It came back normal besides them asking if I still had symptoms or if I was worse the person who called was rude and just said yea have a good day. Went to Reelfoot walk in clinic Saturday bc my fever and coughing was worse, short of breath and I have pneumonia. I will never go ... read more

My daughter and I took her twins there at 6pm. The website clearly states that they're open until 8pm. If I can paste it I will. So, when my daughter walked in the rude lady at the counter huffed and rolled her eyes! How rude was that! All they had to do in the beginning was let us know that they were closed and apologize for the error on Google. I will sit in the ER for hours before I ever step foot in there. The previous owner was such a nice Christian lady.
