Hometown Urgent Care staff have always been so helpful, compassionate & professional. I’ve used them on 3 occasions over a year & a half & always get the best of care. From the front desk associates to the medical assistants to the practitioners, everyone is consistently kind, respectful & well prepared & experienced to deal with my care. Do not hesitate to visit this clinic if in need of medical attention!

if i could give zero stars i would one of the young ladies that took my vitals was very unprofessional. long hair in a ponytail she didn’t even introduce herself. not only that i heard staff talking about their personal life. as i was in agony in the exam room all i kept on hearing was about cruises and how one of staff planned on having a drink from the time she got there til the time she left. only reason ik it was the young lady that took my vitals is because i needed to make a restroom visit. as i was walking by she was ... read more

If you’re looking for a quick trip to the doctor do not go to this place!!! Literally was the only patient in the building and I was not even let in the doctors room for at least an a whole hour!!! Whole staff is just a bunch of lazy people sitting around all day definitely wouldn’t recommend

The first place to actually take my health concerns seriously and not brush me off. I haven't met a single person on the staff that hasn't been helpful or kind to me. If you want a judgement free zone, this is definitely the place.

Visit was better than last time. Got in and got out. Glad they come to Dyersburg because it's not that long of a drive. The male Dr that came in was a nice person. Can't remember his name. Appex Cardiology.
