Very disappointing experience. I visited this urgent care for ear pain. I arrived around 10:30 a.m., but the receptionist told me the doctor had appointments and asked me to return after 1:00 p.m., which I did. The wait time was short, but that was the only positive part. The doctor briefly looked at my ear once and then told me she could not tell me anything and advised me to see an ENT specialist or go to another urgent care. The receptionist was very curteous and professional. The Dr could not have been any better. She was upfront and caring. She sincerely cares. Bravo ! ! !
Walked in with my two year old and the receptionist at the front desk was so sweet and helpful getting us checked in. When we saw the doctor she was nothing but loving and kind to our Jolee. Such a wonderful Urgent care that treats you like family.
Melinda’s customer service is evident as soon as you walk in the door - she is spectacular!! Dr. Biorato is caring and efficient!! I highly recommend going to see these ladies for any healthcare needs that need to be done quickly- you won’t find anyone better.
