My daughter was seen today, and I wanted to share a few things that really stood out to me. First, the doctor has signs throughout the clinic encouraging patients to recognize and praise her staff, which I thought was a really nice touch since you don’t see that often, especially in a medical office. Second, the self-pay cost was very reasonable. Compared to other urgent care clinics nearby, it would have been significantly more expensive elsewhere. I felt welcome from the minute I walked through the door. The receptionist was friendly as well as knowledgeable. Dr. Biorato was as prompt as she was thorough. I feel like they genuinely cared about me while addressing my concerns.
This is the absolute worst place to ever go. There's plenty other places to go trust me, I normally don't leave reviews.. This woman likes putting you on a lot of medicine that you shouldn't even be on just so she can make money off your insurance. She has no idea what she's doing. She should not have a license for medicine.
A Dr is not suppose to refuse to see a person due to there past. Its there past. Person she rejected has a career and hard working. Shame on the Female Dr.
They were very helpful and timely. The receptionist was very kind. They even went the extra step to give me resources for mental support.
