Melinda’s customer service is evident as soon as you walk in the door - she is spectacular!! Dr. Biorato is caring and efficient!! I highly recommend going to see these ladies for any healthcare needs that need to be done quickly- you won’t find anyone better.

If you have in network BCBS federal insurance beware!! They charge an urgent care deductible even though they are now primary care providers along with urgent care. They require a six month visit to fill prescriptions and will only give 28 day refills. Edit 9/23/25 - according to insurance there were 18 visits over charged. That = $180.00 that is owed to me. The reply says she no longer takes family practice but that does not negate the fact that she has over charged me.
