I have been to Hometown urgent care twice in the last couple of months as well as my son! We loved Tracie and her staff they were very professional yet made you feel right at home! Would recommend hometown urgent care LLC to anyone it’s a great place!

Tracie and her staff have been wonderful to myself and my family. She has treated my kids with sinus infections when md office was closed... my pneumonia was treated with nebulizer treatment in office immediately following chest xray onsite... my mom had acute pancreatitis with early discharge from hospital and she treated her elevated blood sugar until next day when she could see her primary and she was admitted to hospital again. They go above and beyond to make you feel.welcome and work hard to find out what's going on.

Very professional & very efficient
The team here, is amazing. I had to take my 81 year old mother here Sunday afternoon and the staff was so caring and attentive. I love and highly recommend Tracie and her team. Together, they have made Hartsville, a better place. They were all so gentle with mom and took their time, which speaks volumes! They are changing the way, healthcare is viewed. Thank you guys, for taking care of my mom, as you did!! A loved job, well done.
