The one time I have been to Hometown Urgent Care left an impression on me that I will never forget. The level of care and compassion that Tracie showed me went way above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. She felt that with my symptoms I needed to go straight to the ER. It was a Sunday afternoon and when Urgent Care closed, Tracie and a staff member brought my car to the ER and brought my keys in to me. I was so touched by her kindness. Hartsville is blessed to have Tracie and Hometown Urgent Care. 5 Stars!
