Hometown Urgent Care was very attentive to my needs and illness. The facility is very nice, the staff are wonderful and caring. They were serious about my symptoms and aggressively treating me. Would highly recommend
I felt like they took me seriously, and were not in a hurry to get me out the door. I highly recommend this place, and it's great to have an urgent care in our town!
The staff was very polite and compassionate. The wait was not bad at all. I may be moving all of medical records here.
Had to go Sunday. Was greeted with a wheelchair n smiling pleasant staff. Thought I had broken my foot, ended up being a bad sprain. Tracey was personal but very professional very knowledgeable n put u naturally at ease. Was seen quickly n efficiently! Will see them again if needed.
I was in and out within an hour. Everyone on the staff was so nice and helpful! Tracie was amazing and so easy to talk to! This is definitely the place to go for emergency care!
It’s great knowing we have Urgent Care in Hartsville! Great service all the way round and they do Medical card physicals. No more having to drive to Florence! If you have a medical need, come see these fine folks.
Two members of our household were seen today and I was beyond pleased. Tracie was wonderful and her bedside manner is the best I have seen. We are grateful to have a solid medical team with friendly staff right here in Hartsville.
