Loved the atmosphere!!! The staff, the decor and the music were all so comforting and welcoming. I highly recommend Hometown Urgent Care. It definitely beats driving to Darlington or waiting for an appointment with your PCP when you want to be seen quickly.
Super excited to have this service available in Hartsville! We had a great experience and were in and out in 30 minutes! Will definitely go back when in need!

They were there and quick to act when my daughter was suffering from acute appendicitis. In the office seen and a couple of hours later my daughter was in surgery! They are an awesome group of people! Thank you so much! My daughter is home now recovering.�
