Renters Beware-not worthy of one star rating Consider all other options before renting from Hometown Property Management. Rented for only 5 months. Was told safety deposit would sit in security box until notice was given, but the check was cashed immediately. Never provided snow removal, left stairs going to second story icy, toilet broke and took over a month to get them to fix. In receiving deposit it took 22 days despite their 10 day policy. Horrible service We rented from them for 1 1/2 years and it was awful. They wouldn't get anything fixed (our shower backed up for over 4 months straight), they don't call you back when they say they are going to about an issue, and per their own set rules of getting your deposit back in 10 days (if everything is maintained well) you can expect to go pick it up yourself after 11 days.
