Sally and Mike have always treated is kindly and fairly. They're always willing to try to help. They're always going to be our "go to" for any of our plumbing needs.
Called and was told it would cost $300 at most for the work I needed done. Person arrived and we were told it would be $800 +. Then we're left paying the $75 call out fee. What a sneaky way to make money. Perhaps the receptionist and plumber should work out how they give estimates over the phone. Also is worth noting we found someone who did it for half the price.
Called to have a leak in the bath tub repaired. Couldn't find it when we ran the water in the tub and ran the shower. Was told to watch it and mark where we saw the leaking. I was then told that water heater should be replaced because of all the pops and bangs it made, and we should have it done within the next year because the price of water heaters was going up.
