I had a good experience! I was treated well, the results of my X-rays were explained and a plan to resolve my issue was explained!

Just my Opinion, but the building was packed with people having appointments. My Appointment was at 9:30 and didn't get in until after 10am. The Doctor took little to no time listening to me and hearing what it was I was needing and then off to the next patient he was off. I felt so much like I was livestock being ran thru a chute. Just a horrible experience. Not a event that I would want to go through again.

I had an appointment on Tuesday for 3 month softliners. My dental assistant Lydia listened when I asked about an issue I was having and spoke to Dr. Smith and I go back in Monday for an adjustment. They always listen and are very caring and knowledgeable. Thank you all for the great dental care.
Dr. Robinson was very through and explained the procedure and then Barbara came in and explained the denture options. I’m going with the Ultra Premium Denture. 10 year warranty for teeth and base. I was impressed with the office staff and Dr Robinson. Get my new teeth on 1-17-18. Can’t wait
My new puppy grabbed my partial and damaged it some. The dental hygienist was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes. So happy.
So far my experience with dds has been good. From taking to other people they haven't been to satisfy with their but they didn't use dds.

I HAD A POUNDING TOOTHACHE WITH HEADACHE. I CALLED ASPEN DENTAL AND COULD NOT GET IN FOR THREE DAYS AND THAT FOR JUST A REVIEW. CALLED DDS AFTER HOURS AND LEFT A MESSAGE. THEY CALLED ME THE NEXT MORNING AND GOT ME IN THAT AFTERNOON. I HAD A TOOTH EXTRACTED WHICH WAS BROKEN OFF AT THE GUM LINE. THE DENTIST WAS ABEL TO REMOVE IT WITH NO PAIN. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND UNDERSTANDING. I TRULY APPRICAITE THE QUICK SERVICE....THANK YOU.
