The staff was friendly and knowledgeable especially Kristia. All of the staff was very focused on me being happy with my new dentures! I will suggest this office to any of my friends and relatives who need dentures.
Staff were very pleasant, timely & helpful.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. My dentures fit very well,I had a bad time with my lower plate,the dentist told me not to worry he could fix me up, he had a few tricks to help me. I have had three sets of dentures, first set were wonderful, second ones bottom set never fit right, they even made my bottoms over, still didn't fit,even though my gum line has really decided these dentures fit good. Almost as good as my first ones.I would recommend DDS at Joplin to anyone. Thank you so much
From the time you check-in till you leave you are treated with respect and very politely. My wait was not that long to get my dentures adjusted. I left with dentures fitting better.
I was greeted by name,"nice" all the staff was friendly ,just wish I could get these to fit but,I have faith!!!!
I had a difficult extraction. My dental hygienist and my Dentist were both awesome. Very caring.Had great bedside manner. The office staff were very kind and met all my needs.
Hayley Spencer did a great job. She was courteous, professional, and informative. I give her an excellent rating. I would recommend DDS to anyone.
Went and had a slight adjustments on the top ones . The Denist knew right off why my bottoms didn’t fit . Had them since 2007 , now I can finally wear them. He was so nice.. 🥰🥰🥰. Jan Wimp
