They used to be great company to deal with but lately the ball continues to be kicked down the road. I’ve called and left messages, written them on the app and talked to someone who says, “ I will call you back” and never does. As a parent with a child with special needs this is infuriating. Get everything to you in a timely manner
I Would have to call and call numerous days in a row to receive the oxygen tanks for a preemie baby. Seems like a given the baby would need oxygen- which is what the company is supposedly providing the patient. It is extremely annoying to have to harass a home health agency to provide what they are servicing the patient. They also didn’t bring the other supplies I requested that the patient needed. They seemed at the beginning to be a good company but dropped off hard. Sad I have to continue to deal with them.
