"Friendly/fantastic customer service each time on the phone." Calls reminding me that I need to order the supplies are helpful, as in a busy lifestyle I don't have to keep track of what I need, they do it for me. Easy to make payment on computer by bill pay.
This place makes "shopping" so easy. Usually all it takes is one phone call to them for equipment and/or supplies and the stuff shows up on the front porch in two days. If you don't believe me, ask me!
