Friendly, and they actually take the time to listen and answer questions. Very proffessional.
The front staff is extremely rude. They stated one price then charged my card another. Basically stealing from me and not making it right. Told me to figure it out with my insurance. Then made me wait longer to see the doctor because they are young and very immature ladies especially Ashly Martinez. I hope the doctor replaces that front staff.
Best doctors office I’ve went to that has actually listened to my concerns, explained medication and is actively helping me get to where I want to be. Miss Heather is an absolute gem and I highly recommend her to anyone willing to listen, she’s very professional, passionate about what she does and listens to each and every concern I have and provides a solution for each one. The doctor is the only competent person that works at this clinic. The front staff is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. They will randomly put you on hold without a warning, and they've lost important records of mine on multiple occasions, causing me to do far more work to recover them than they did. So, if you don't mind being let down by an incredibly unreliable staff and you enjoy simple processes becoming complex multi-step problems, this is your place.
I just need my prescriptions filled without going in! I’ve took the maintenance medicine for years and no it’s not a norcotic. I was in there a week and a half to 2 weeks ago but yet I have to go back in to get my prescription refilled. I posted on here a bad review and they sent me a letter stating that no longer will see me! How unprofessional is that! I went to Waco for years but due to having marketplace insurance I basically had to go here. I should of known better, I m going back to Waco
