2016 Craig did carpet for our new home. His carpet guy came out and installed carpet alone. And RUINED the carpet. Craig contacted me and wanted to replace it for me taking down my original review. He would not deal with my girlfriend who actually paid him for the carpet in the first place. To this day the carpet has not been replaced. The carpet looks like it’s 30 years old.
