Disconnected, poor communication and threatening work environment from the management side. Two pay periods were paper checks that employees couldn't cash on pay day until 1pm when it was suppose to be direct deposits. Management gossips about other employees and ask you to change your documentation on patients to keep patients on homehealth when they should be discharged. Very disorganized. Professional, caring, competent, complete. My mother-in-law had a total knee replacement in Sept 2017. Her surgeon was phenomenal, and the follow-up care she received from the home health agency he recommended was second to none. They worked very closely with the physician and were available to us 24/7 to answer questions or calm any concerns. She had Nursing Services, wound care, and Physical Therapy in her home. I had major back surgery, so I was very concerned about my ability to get back on my feet. Hometown did a great assessment and made sure I had exactly the professionals I needed. I used a few nurses, but mostly used a great physical therapist. They taught me valuable skills that made me independent again. I would use them again, if I needed them.
