VERY UNPROFRESSIONAL. WONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL YOU BACK. JUST WANTS TO EMAIL EVERYTHING. SETS UP SHOWINGS WITH NO WAY TO FIND A KEY SO YOU CANT SEE WHAT YOURE TRYING TO GET. I would like the day that Ms. Tonya scales went above and beyond on this past Sunday when I got in touch with her to let her know my AC was not working at all. She got in touch with whomever she supposed and they came down looked at my outside unit and stated that I need another unit outside because mine was bad and the two guys (don't know their names) those young men went to Rocky Mount and brought me a portable Air Conditioner and put in my window until my unit comes in. If I could give a zero I would. These people are crooks. Take $100 per couple’s application. Then give you the run around feeding you with BS lines. Then to not even call to let you know if you got the property or not. Shady.Â

Albert and Will thru hth maintenance are the only ones who came and fixed the problems i had reported and actually fixed it and even tho it took time they came back and finished the job and didn't leave it worse than beforeÂ
