Chino installed a new AC and Heating system in our cabin, including ductwork. They arrived on time and completed the work within the expected timeframe. Their service was excellent. I have already recommended them three times. Each of my neighbors and friends was very happy with their service.

Recommendedwe have a maintenance agreement with chino heating & cooling. They always call at the start of a season to set an appointment - which they are always on time for. the work is always done in a professional manner and if anything needs fixing , they always discuss options with us. good people to work with. Excellent service; from diagnosing the problems on my 19 year old roof-mount gas pack to replacing it with a new unit.
The heat is on and our AC was DOA. With one call, Chino came to the rescue! In the middle of the busy season, Chino had payed us a visit, gave us a quote and scheduled an install for a complete new HVAC system. All this within just a few weeks. Thank you Ric, Bob and Lucy. A great team and pleasure have them on our "go to" list. And, the prose was right as well.
Mark came out to our home and called a few minutes before his arrival. He took a look at our unit and was able to explain what the issue was thoroughly (and in layman's terminology) and what we would need to do to repair it. He also did a maintenance on the unit. The air was up and running right away. Thank you Mark and Chino Heating & Cooling for being so efficient and upfront!

This is probably the best business I've dealt with since moving to Prescott in 1994.Staff were professional, punctual, and above all quiet since we illness in the home. The price was reasonable and calls were answered in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company if you're considering a new heater or air conditioning unit for your home.
