I just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in Oct. 2020. The installers were co-operative with COVID-19 precautions, all labor was completed in one day, and I am very pleased with the operation of both units. I highly recommend their service and ethics of the company.

We had the good fortune of having Mark arrive at our home that was sold and due to close escrow in less than 48 hours. A/C had frozen up! (Panic). Mark absolutely went above and beyond late on a hot Prescott day to assess the issue. He was able to resolve that issue early the next morning—and resolve it easily and at a fair price. Seriously-my hero! Clearly, Chino takes care of their customers!! Highly recommend!

Our AC went out on a weekend (of course) and I called CV Heating and Cooling, the response time was quick and efficient he knew exactly what was wrong and it was fixed within 20 minutes.

Good company, honest and friendly office and service personnel. We have used Chino Heating and Cooling multiple times for our rental property and personal home. We like the annual service contract they offer because it is a good value.
Chino Heating and Cooling and my man Rolland are "Rock Stars"! They answered the phone, walked me through some possible fixes and when nothing helped they came to the rescue! Got everything fixed up in double quick time and I'm "chillin" once again. The price was right, too! Count on them every time, you won't be sorry!
