The doctors are great. The older blonde receptionist is incompetent and refuses to do her job. She makes excuses and deflects. No, matter how many times you call her and leave messages, she will NEVER call you back. I literally have to go into the office just to ask a question. I have heard numerous complaints from many people stating that exact issue as well. Getting paid to work means to DO the work. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful. Get a new receptionist or train the one you have.
This place have been a nightmare for my In-Laws for the last year! Lady at desk says she answers phone by strangely it rings and NEVER gets picked up except to voice mail, which is NEVER returned. Father-in Law always has to make a trip in person! They’ve had my Mother-in-law’s broken hearing aid for over a month with nothing but excuses and empty promises as to when it will get fixed. They are great to work with. So glad I can hear better.
Brought my hearing aids up to date and educated me on features I did not know were available on my devices. Niece friendly people that listen to your problems.
