Brought my hearing aids up to date and educated me on features I did not know were available on my devices. Niece friendly people that listen to your problems.
Staff call me to schedule appt. They are so helpful in managing the upkeep and care of my hearing aids.
The up front customer service was very good and the staff was great. The new hearing aids for my 82 year old mother in law arrived just two weeks. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit and were not usable. It has been 9 weeks and there has been no resolution or response. We have requested a refund that has thus far been denied and ignored.
