I've only been there a couple of times, but so far they treated me well. The person at the front desk is polite and helpful, and the physician I saw listened to me without being in a rush and laid out several options on how to address my issue. I felt comfortable and in competent care.
The hometown walkin with Andrea Bergman, the nurse practitioner in Fayetteville Tennessee, is apparently stupid, incompetent and in the end just vindictive. I have tried 9 times to get her to fill my insulin, test strips and syringes correctly. I have even drove there 4 times and showed her the empty boxes with the prescription labels on the boxes and she is still incapable of sending in the right prescriptions. I went to see them there for a year and a half to get my testosterone in all that time I've never loss are broke anything they wouldn't give helpe after over a year I won't be back an I'll tell everyone I see how that place is run straight into the ground thanks guy y'all are awesome individuals
DO NOT GO HERE. Especially if your looking for primary care. Definitely not a christian clinic and I can assure you they do not care about your needs or care. Front receptionist is hateful and rude, Definitely not who they portray themselves to be.
Greedy - be careful they will add $100 to your bill if you’re not watching
