I have 2 young daughters who had been practicallt traumatized at a "not too nice" dentist with super unfriendly staff. I have to say that even without this dental HMO, I would still go to Mesquite Dental, they are great. I do agree with the comment about making the parents feel welcome to come back by actually designating a place for them to sit.

Three times in one week...wow! I was there on Wed to do some work, on Friday to do the other side of my mouth and on Saturday to adjust some temporaries.. Every time I went in, I was immediately greeted with a smile. Everyone was very friendly, explained the process, the financial aspects and even helped me find a good payment plan. They saw me on Saturday without a problem. I like them..the Dentists I saw were both nice. The dental assistants were sweet and very helpful. I have signed up my whole family with them now. Pleasant Experience I was quite pleased with the overall experience of the visit. I went in for some work to be done and was suprised at how fast it took place. Dr. Evans was very good and gentle.
