Hometown Flooring has been great! I am flipping a house. Chris initially came out to consult and get measurements for the Quote. I needed both vinyl plank flooring and carpeting. Hometown's quote was better than Home Depot. Also I got a better pad and the vinyl plank flooring is 12 mil thick not the 4 mil you get at Home Depot. Brooke in the office was outstanding helping with colors. Installation has been perfect! I will definitely do business with them again.
Brooke is always knowledgeable out the product and very suggestive in her selling so you get the right product. Great price, great installation, great service. :-)
We spent days looking at floors at all the different stores but found exactly what we wanted here. Brooke, Chris and the installers were all so easy to work with and we couldn't be happier with our new floors!
This place was awesome! Chris came out and measure my home for the hardwood. He was well educated on the different types of flooring. The whole process was smooth. Once I decided on my color he put me on my schedule. Brian the installer started on mon and was done by Thursday. Great team of workers. Brooke was responsive and knowledgeable too, who put me at ease on my color choice. Brooke & Chris were very helpful, guiding us so we were happy with our new flooring. The installation crew found an issue with our subfloor & suggested we have it corrected instead of putting the new flooring over the problem which we appreciated & corrected. The crew had to return at no additional charge, quickly installed & thoroughly cleaned up. I would recommend Hometown Flooring for their professionalism & great price.
Hometown Flooring removed our carpet and refinished all of the hardwood floors underneath. On the other side of our house they removed the carpet and replaced it with manufactured wood flooring. Our floors look amazingly beautiful. We are hoping they will add before and after pictures, so you can see just how pretty they look.
So knowledgeable and nice! The helped me through the whole process and wanted to make sure I got the best product without buying something I really didn’t need. They were great and came back to work around several other projects I had going on! 10/10 would recommend!
