Let me make this clear this was my experience with hometown auto. i cant post the whole story since its to long but i payed them to drop my transmission and replace a release bearing. they did the work but left several problems that would have been avoidable if they took there time putting my car back together. i asked for a partial refund since i no longer trusted them to work on my car and was called unreasonable. i paid 1700 and asked for 500 i could have asked for more but i was still acknowledging the fact they did work... read more

Family member's car went in for repairs. It left with a long list of damaged parts and problems. Owner was hostile and non apologetic. Had been going there for 7 years. Horrible experience and will not ever go back.

This place is top notch. As a parent of 2 college students who each had vehicle issues, they got the problems diagnosed and fixed all within the same day we dropped the car off. I highly recommend this shop for all your car care needs.

These guys are great, I've been going to Hometown Auto for the past 4 years and they are always prompt, speedy, and relatively easy to get a hold of when I need to, usually on short notice. Darren and his guys always do a great job looking after my car.

I knew I was leaking power steering fluid and then one day I had a number of lights pop on my dash and bad popping noises coming out of the front of my vehicle. While a number of other shops in the area were booked out a week or more, I gave Hometown Automotive a call and spoke with Darin who said at the very least he should be able to take a look at it the same day and at least get an idea as to what was going on.
