I recently returned a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and was told by Scott Parker that the Gm would buy the truck back even though I still owed on it. So i returned it yesterday thinking i was gonna get money back but it was all a lie. To the next person who buys that 09 Dodge Ram 1500 don't buy it because thw last three digits of the VIN is 666 and i will be plagued with transmission issues although i have the receipt of when the transmission was replaced. This was our first time buying a used vehicle from Hometown Auto. From first contact to leaving with our purchased vehicle, we were treated with honesty, kindness and respect. Scott and Matthew handled our transaction, which included a trade in and financing and a warranty, like pros. There was complete transparency, and NO SURPRISES. We would highly recommend.
Overall, its a used car lot. Not too shabby but they will conceal some hidden things. I didn't make it home with the vehicle and it broke down and they tried to sell me an extended car warranty. DONT buy it! I had the vehicle repaired and resold.
Everyone was so nice, Scott was very friendly helping me fill out my paperwork, Matthew helped me with the finance and insurance, and Chansky and Beth helped me to find my perfect car. thank you to hometown auto mart :)
This dealership truly defies the negative stereotypes often associated with used car sales. My experience purchasing a vehicle here was, without a doubt, the best I've had from a dealer. The team was refreshingly transparent about their vehicles, never pushy, had reasonably priced vehicles, and gave me ample time to choose the car that was right for me. I left feeling completely confident in my purchase and will certainly return for future car needs.
