This business deserves no stars in my opinion. They examined what I brought in for repair and made it seem impossible to fix, using the wrong tools just to justify their claim. They then told me I needed to buy a brand-new part. I had only knocked off my rear-view mirror while cleaning my windshield. These guys insisted I needed an entirely new windshield, yet another garage fixed it for just $50 using simple adhesive. Something that required only basic gum was exaggerated into a costly replacement.
Had a 2023 gmc sierra 1500 elevation there for a windshield replacement after catching a rock on the highway cracking the windshield right at the front camera and extending down the windshield. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to work with my situation, thanks to the friendly professional staff I was able to get an OEM glass ordered. I took in a vanity mirror to cut and they messed it up while trying to cut it. They said they couldn't do anything about it and said I would have to buy a brand new one from them or bring in another one if i wanted anything done. Very disappointed and a had bad experience as a first time customer.
Very good experience with getting my windshield replaced. Staff was very professional and friendly. Work was done in reasonable time and the work was done well. They handled all the MPI stuff for me so I did not need to worry about that.
