Jason and his team were so easy to work with. When our A/C went out, he was able to send someone out the next day (Manny) who was thorough and found the issue. They gave us several detailed options with prices for us to choose from. Once we had made our decision, they were out within a few days to replace our system. They finished before their “deadline” they gave themselves. They were friendly and communicative. We highly recommend Hometown Air to anyone in need of air conditioning services!
it is July 21 now and I have been without air conditioning since July the 5th. The unit I have is a Lennox that I purchased 21/2 years ago and had it installed. I called Jason and left a voice message that it was down. On July the 7th. Trevor who is a tech came out and could not fix it.
