Came home from the hospital with my newborn to realize our heat wasn’t working! Hometown Air came that day! We thought we would have to buy a new unit but they were able to fix it! They were honest about the state of our HVAC and gave recommendations on if they would buy new and how long our current unit has. They are knowledgeable, kind, and very reasonably priced!!!
Amazing service! All the workers are so nice and personable they know how to tell you like it is and don’t try and sell you something you don’t need. They are very considerate of your space in and outside the home, and they were very helpful and explained what they were doing very clearly.
Jason did a great job for us a few years ago, so we called Hometown Air again when we had a problem this week. Ian and Manny came out. They got the HVAC unit working, but discovered it wasn't working properly (it would have wasted a lot of energy and money to keep doing what it was doing). They looked patiently for the cause using different thermostats and several different combinations of wiring until they discovered a faulty wire and found a way to fix it without costing us a lot of money.
