quality of work was excellent Like many others I found out about Hometelligent Inc. through Marius Construction. I believe these two are sister companies of each other, and no matter which one works for you I'm sure the quality of work will be excellent. The reason I got in contact with Hometelligent Inc. was because I needed to replace a roof on a rental property. Silvio was very responsive Silvio and his teams repaired the entrance to my house, which had rotted due to water damage caused by leaks and poor construction by whoever did the original work. He showed me what was wrong with the previous construction, and how his new work would prevent the same problem from happening again. Since the repairs included a portion of the roof and a section of exterior painting, we had him do the whole roof and repaint the whole house. We are very satisfied with the results! excellent job We recently hired Silvio Dobrovat of Hometelligent, Inc., to replace the original windows of our 1920's bungalow with new vinyl windows. He did an excellent job explaining our various options to us and made numerous trips to our house when questions arose during the process. We're very satisfied with the job his team did on the install.
Silvio is excellent communicator We hired Silvio and his team to remodel our kitchen/living room area. They were thorough, careful, honest, and timely. Silvio is an excellent communicator, and extremely responsive to questions, no matter how big or little. And he and his crew took an admirable professional pride in getting all the details right. I was very pleased with the results. Hi all. When I needed repairs to my house I called Silvio Dobrovat of Hometelligent Inc. to replace my windows. I was very pleased with the results. I had Silvio and his crew paint the interior of the house. Later they removed the old wood siding, put in new insulation, installed new siding and painted the exterior. the work was excellent inside and out. I never struggled to hunt Silvio down - always available (no chasing down contractors!) and gave advice. His crew was professional, clean, respectful and punctual.
