He was very professional about his work I recently purchased a bank owned fixer upper that needed some work. I had shopped around for estimates with various contractors but Mr. Dobrovat from home telligentinc gave me the most reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable, creative, honest, and professional about his work. I would strongly recommend for any mlnor or major work. You wont regret it.
It was a real pleasure to work with Silvio and his crew We were referred to Silvio through Marius Construction whom we found through the Berkeley Parent's Network. They did our bathroom, chimney tiling, and baseboard work. They were prompt and incredibly effiicient. We highly recommend Silvio and his Hometelligent crew Silvio and his Hometelligent crew updated our 1920's bathroom and did a fantastic job. The job included new tile in the tub surround with the addition of all new valves, installation of a new water saving toilet, new vanity and a medicine cabinet with an inside electrical system. Silvio and his team are fantastic Silvio and his team are fantastic. We have worked with them on two project over the course of several years - they remolded our basement and most recently our kitchen. Silvio is exceptionally professional, timely, and fair. HE also has great aesthetic taste; he has made suggestions to improve our house that our architect hasn't even thought about. We implemented many of them and haven't regretted any. His crew is friendly, respectful and hard working. I highly recommend them.
Silvio was great to work with Silvio repaired our deck, power washed, sanded and sealed. It looks new- and was in very bad shape before. Silvio was great to work with, easy to communicate with, showed up on time and stayed within the budget. We will definitely use him in the future. He's a general contractor and does smaller jobs only when his schedule allows. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for larger projects.
I am glad to give further information and references In the distant past, I had difficult and expensive dealings with a general contractor, so when I needed one to create a room in the house I just bought, build a fence, repair & rebuild outside porches & stairs, etc. I was quite nervous.
