I purchased a water softener unit from Hometech several years ago and have experienced multiple issues with the system over time. Most recently, the entire unit has broken down, leaving me without a functioning system. I have made numerous attempts to contact your support team, leaving multiple messages over the past week, but I have yet to receive a response.

We use Hometech for all our water system needs and those of all our real estate clients. They service well properties as well!
I recently had issues with my old furnace. HomeTech was able to respond the same day with a service call and was able to identify issues with my old unit. On my request, they were able to supply and install a new unit the next day. John, the technician that answered my call and installed the new unit was excellent. The installation was smooth and seamless. My thanks to him and Home Tech!
