a delay of 3 years before build was completed with no updates unless you send email after email. once built, multiple issues needed to be fixed and they tried their best to say everything is within regulation and not fix anything as best as they can. they did fix a few things here and there that they really needed to. 0/5
Qualified carpenter and commercial site supervisor here with other 10 years experience in industry. After helping a client chase this builder for defective works with no success I would encourage anyone to stay away from this builders. Multiple emails and calls and two site visits and no fix for a leaking balcony/roof that has now lead to the home being unlivable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
