I am not pleased with the way one of their workers handled me over the phone. I was referred to this company by a good friend of mines in reference to wildlife in my attic not sure if it was cats, squirrels or what. So I called to speak with someone and a guy named Tim came to the phone and we discussed what had been going on in my home and the sounds and smells I had experienced but I had not heard anything lately. The representative from HomeTec was trying to explain that because she was outside of our wildlife service division area that there were other options for her to have the problem rectified. We are extremely sorry if there was a misunderstanding on why we could not perform the services she required, but we did try multiple times to calmly explain that she was outside of our treatment area.
