Phenomenal real estate

Really unprofessional. From the time we walked in to the office to the time we left we were barely even acknowledged. The receptionist was on the phone and asked another agent to take over a task that literally only required her to walk down the hall and make copies of paperwork. When we received the update text I was shocked at how unprofessional the wording in the text was.
