"Inspection team arrived at new house on time and in fact was early. They immediately started outside inspection while we were waiting for the realtor. They checked out everything. After they reviewed their findings, they personally showed us each one. Then I had a lot of questions about general items the selling agent never pointed out and they were not at all bothered to show me. Finally, the written report we received was excellent. Steve and Bob were very friendly and professional. They were understanding about this being our first home and that we wanted to make sure we were making a wise choice. They were patient and explained the process beforehand and then gave us a thorough assessment and were open to questions. We got the full report quickly and it was easy to read and had pictures of important areas, and potential issues. Overall we were very pleased and reassured by this home inspection and would recommend them to anyone.
HomeTeam is just that a great team of guys. They looked at everything, not only did they talk to me on site they also sent me a full report that included pictures. I would use their services again.
