Amazing, organized, very knowledgeable and always great to work with. I've worked with Ed, Steve, Randy and Denise for nearly 10 years. Never had an issue.
Randy was great to work with! Very professional, described possible areas of concern easily, and worked through the house thoroughly, leaving me happy with the whole inspection.
We have had 2 prior inspections before using the Home Team for this most current inspection. The first one I can't recall since it was 42 years ago. The next one was 15 years ago by an outfit that could not even identify things wrong with the house as simple as sump pumps not working. However, watching the HomeTeam do their work and reading the inspection report was amazing. Steve did a fantastic job for a home I put an offer on in Deer Park. I thought the house would be in good condition with minor problems but he not only listed the “honeydew” issues but a whole bunch of other things I never even considered. Honestly went above and beyond what I expected. I felt extremely confident with what I could bring to the negotiation table based on his findings.
