Ed took his time to complete a thorough inspection. He was very professional, friendly and patient and describing his findings and recommendations. He completed his formal written report quickly and was available to consult while we negotiated the terms of our real estate contract. The HomeTeam team (Steve) was very thorough with their inspection and did a really great job explaining their findings to both me and my fiancé. The team also gave personal experience when they found something and explained the approach they would take as well as what approach we should take when fixing the issue at hand. Would highly recommend this company for any inspection needs.
