Steve did a fantastic job for a home I put an offer on in Deer Park. I thought the house would be in good condition with minor problems but he not only listed the “honeydew” issues but a whole bunch of other things I never even considered. Great experience with this company. They were organized, detailed, professional, punctual, and provided a very comprehensive report in the time frame they said they would. They made at least one step of my home purchase process very smooth!

Very poor quality. Biased inspectors giving more opinions than facts. Skipping vital parts of the inspection based on not having proper knowledge. Putting negative suggestions to non issues. Very little mechanical knowledge related to residential properties. If you want an actual evaluation of a property find a different company.
