Admittedly do not have a lot of experience with inspectors. But comparing the two we have had, home team was outstanding. Kind, respectful, and extremely thorough.

Seemed to be very thorough, taking pictures and explaining problems/potential problems to me, a layman. Answered questions with knowledge, gave solid suggestions, and just overall very informational. Ed and Mike were fantastic! Thank you!
Inspection showed functioning air conditioners but they define that as turn on, not actually blowing cold air. They also said water in basement was very old at least 20 years and it’s an active leak I confirmed by running a hose next to the leak and water was dripping through the wall. Upon calling he insisted he told us it could have been current yet somehow myself and husband did not hear that whatsoever. Horrible.
