satisfied tenant we have rented from bob for 6 years and he only raised our rent for the first time, just last year. we lived in another one of his homes before moving to 5 acres in the country. we love bob and his family. our rent is reasonable and his handyman ben does good repairs. we feel comfortable and are planning to renew yet again.
Watch out for shady activity! Wow, I've never felt so undermined! After cooperating with the company on a prospective property, they turn around & sell it without notice. STAY AWAY
Asking for trouble... Kudos to the previous review. I've had a similar experience and learned my lesson. These flim-flam realtors couldn't identify honesty if it were kicking their @$$. This is why buyers shouldn't mingle with the poorly managed and rarely trusted realestate industry...
Take their word for it Doesn't sound like a good company. I would definitely stay away!!! If the other members of the network didn't find them worthwhile, then I would listen to them.
