We used homestead (Monona) at our closing for a home sale three years ago and it was a smooth experience, however we recently had to go through homestead West for a closing on a construction loan and the person they have us working with is not easy to work with. Fairly straight forward closing. They had snacks available for free which was cool. Fairly let down by the whole process as I was mislead into thinking that I had a higher package for Home Warranty than was actually purchased was offered. I had a washer unit that failed within the first week of purchasing my home, but unfortunately only the basic Home Warranty was purchased by the seller.
