Ok so it's bad enough I have mental health issues but now I've got severe panic attacks, can't have my kids or any company as there called names and told they don't belong here. I've seen a number of complaints about Homestead, but from my own experiences I've never had many issues with them. Compared to the horror stories I've heard regarding other landlords, Homestead does keep up with their maintenance, and will show up when asked. They even go as far as to do major renovations when necessary; Bradstreet for example had every window replaced, elevators gutted and rebuilt, a major upgrade to their camera systems, upgraded their entry system, and replaced all the hallway light fixtures.
