THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. THE BED IS HARD AS A BOARD. THE AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT WORK AT ALL BECAUSE IT TOO HOT. IT DONT HAVE NOT COLD AIR. AND THEY DONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THE PEOPLE WERE NASTY. DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS OR YOUR FRIENDS THEY MIGHT DIE HERE.

We really liked the hotel. The room was really nice. The staff was friendly. Mattress was not good. Location was very convenient.

This hotel was awful. We took a group of 15 year old girls to a Basketball Tournament in Memphis. We were treated like criminals.The girls were disrespected. I would not recommend this hotel to any team or parents with children. They will kick you out for any little reason. They have forgotten thebiggest thing of all. They were once 15.They eventually kicked the team out and threatened to call the police. We have a very highly respected, smart, intelligent,group of young ladies. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The staff was very polite and helpful and very accomodating. The mattress would benefit from a thick mattress cover.

Horrible!!!....you can not say anything better than that.Not very clean and a lot of noise during night. The manager have a dog, so is better not to say anything about dogs....Please choose another one.
Went to hotel for Memphis in May. Hotel was over booked so we was moved on the other side of town to this hotel. We did not receive the room we had reserved at their other location. The service was horrible. It was raining the day we arrived so we wanted to pull under the walk way to un-load. I asked the front desk staff do she know if any of the cars will be moving any time soon and she stated I do not know about the other vehicles but the white truck is mine and Im not moving my vehicle.
