I would give them no stars if I had a choice I called and canceled my storage unit, but I accidentally left the lock on it and they charged me $1000 and took me to court would not recommend at all

I want to preface that out of 4 other companies, this is the only place to answer the phone the first time. Just started with them today, was able to view the unit before signing anything, we even had options. All the paperwork was very straightforward and Lee was incredibly helpful, kind, and great and answering any questions. Certianly one of the more stress free experiences when it comes to signing anything with a lease.
