Don’t trust this storage unit. I’ve had my storage broken into two times and they won’t help you. Both of the times that my storage unit has gotten broken into they tell me that the surveillance footage is not backed up. Or the surveillance person is not there to show me the videos. I placed a call to the office to inquire about a billing invoice and spoke to Sahara, the new site manager. She was very pleasant and professional in how she handled the situation as I was thoroughly confused prior to calling. Glad we got my matter resolved, thanks Sahara!

My lock has been cut here twice with over $1,000 dollars worth of stuff missing the second time. Facility doesnt have enough cameras to cover all of the units and staff that don't seem to care. I would not recommend.
