I placed a call to the office to inquire about a billing invoice and spoke to Sahara, the new site manager. She was very pleasant and professional in how she handled the situation as I was thoroughly confused prior to calling. Glad we got my matter resolved, thanks Sahara!
My lock has been cut here twice with over $1,000 dollars worth of stuff missing the second time. Facility doesnt have enough cameras to cover all of the units and staff that don't seem to care. I would not recommend.
