Will never rent from here again
I used Homestead for a year while I stored items for a business I was opening. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. The facility and grounds are always clean and they care about keeping it plowed and safe in the winter. I always felt like my items were secure. I definitely recommend and would use them again.
Staff is so nice to work with. Good price, property well-maintained, and they even have a dumpster for trash which is uncommon. I like the indoor entry and would recommend the heights location.. I liked the storage units but editing my review down to 3 STARS. I do not like their move out policy that if you're not out by the 5th, you owe for the whole month. If you want to move out on the 20th, too bad you owe for the rest of the month. They're double booking.
