Love this place, great location, friendly staff, (especially Ella) and very clean rooms.
When we arrived they had canceled our reservation.
I’ve experienced serious issues with the room and the property. There is a strong unpleasant odor in my room, a severe urine smell outside the room, and the overall cleanliness is unacceptable. Because of these conditions, I don’t believe the room is fit for a family stay. I’ll never come back to this hotel any more.
