Everything seems to be an inconvenience to this staff. This hotel is meant extended stays, but they don't act like it. Rooms have kitchenettes. Yet, they have no napkins or paper towels. They give you dish towels and hand towels and washcloths to use as napkins. You have to ask for dishes and utensils, and you will be lucky if they have them. Realistically, when I checked into the place, I wasn’t expecting much while I was here on my annual training with the Navy, this place is able to be found in DTS and is definitely an improvement over 32nd St. or NAB Coronado. Having a kitchen is invaluable Especially with California’s food prices much cheaper to cook at home.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unsanitary Conditions and Poor Service I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the conditions and service. Here are the issues I encountered during my stay: The room was not clean upon arrival. A trash can under the counter was left full of garbage. The bed sheets were dirty and had pubic hair on them. Didn't have a good experience, checking in only because the cost was different from what Expedia told me but I understand that's an Expedia issue. The room was OK. It didn't have a lot of amenities plus I found a spider in the bathroom. Upon checking out, I expressed my concerns to Jacqueline and she was able to help me out. I appreciate her very much in addition to that because I woke up late. She even made me coffee. Her customer service goes a long way Thank you again for everything! I

Room was missing TV controller. Great rate price. When I went to ask for remote front desk and assistant were attentive in asking me if I needed anything else. They are attentive to guest needs. Beatrice and Jacqueline thank you. I will consider coming back in the future.
