Tracy came over to our home to do a roof inspection and told us our roof was holding up very well. He sent me a very professional video zooming in to show various small issues so that we could see them clearly and be more educated about our roof. I was very impressed! Roofer here in St. Louis. A customer of mine forwarded your “Why I don’t like OC Duration” video. Are you platinum preferred with them? Just curious. Here in Missouri we have had the opposite experience. I have had to go out to reinspect a number of Duration roofs after getting between 1 and 2 inch hail storms over the last couple years. In every situation, there was little to no damage at all.
Tracy and Jonathan were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and got the job done asap. Will definitely use homestead roofing for future projects. Thanks guys!
