Room was not furnished like pics. The main room was barren! A small desk and 2 dirty office chairs. No couch. No chair. No Kitchen island. Kitchen was not stocked with dishes, instead you need to request items and they are subject to availability. Part of the AC unit bottom was broken. Lamp was rusty. Food stains on side of fridge. Shower enclosure was peeling. Looked like blood on the tub. Wifi was out for hours. Pool was closed. The breakfast was basically grab and go coffee and not sure what else. La atención y amabilidad del personal es excelente. Las habitaciones muy buenas,.cómodas y cocina muy bien equipada. Recomiendo este hotel.
I stayed for 11 nights. My rooms was clean and the all staff was great. Anytime I requested fresh linens or towels they were provided immediately. Alejandra from the front desk was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
