I've been buying all of my meat here for about ten years and I can't imagine life without Homestead. The quality is nearly unparalleled. The only places I've had meat this good are: 1. Morocco and 2. An off-the-grid permaculture project in Missouri. In a country where the food industry has been deeply spoiled by "the bottom line," Homestead is a breath of fresh air.
