We encourage special orders (phone or in person) so that we can source appropriately from our small farm partners, who deliver to us weekly.

I came in to get short ribs and beef stock. This was my first time making this recipe, and the staff were really helpful in pointing me in the right direction. The ribs and stock came out excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend!
I am forever changed as a person. I came in earlier today, wanting a steak to treat myself. I came home, cooked it in the skillet. I sat down. Little did I know I was about to eat THE BEST steak of my whole life. I unironically closed my eyes and took a deep breath, just to take it all in.
