Homestead Management's team is sub par at best, specifically Danielle. I own a townhome and due to their errors I wasted time and labor on their mistakes. Danielle was unapologetic for her mistakes and instead blamed the Board saying "we are just repeating what they tell us". There was no research or attention to detail and her overall attitude was lackluster at best. If you are looking to buy a property with Homestead as the management company, I would do more research, meet the team, etc, before investing.
