Absolutely horrible service. I had a reservation and my flight was delayed by 6 hours so I did not arrive at the hotel until 1:30 in the morning. I had been up for more than 24 hours and I was told I could not check in because check in ended at 11:00 p.m. And that I could possibly wait until 2:30 or 3:00 a.m. And they might be able to check me in then. They somehow didn't have any rooms on the first floor even though I was the first one to check in for the day. The walls are thin enough where I can hear the people next door breathing. The "breakfast" that's included is coffee and a cereal bar. Also, they don't print out the receipt for you so I ha ve no idea what the charges are. The receptionist claimed they were going to email me, but it's been 4 weeks now so I'm going to dispute the charge so they can cough up the receipt.
