Extended Stay has exceeded all expectations because of the service of the employees, manager Luz and front desk Sierra in particular have been exceptional, friendly, and professional team. Our room is incredibly comfortable with a view of the outdoors. With the staff giving outstanding service, I feel at home. Thank you for their incredible hospitality!
I feel in love with this location the first time I arrived. I loved the fact the hotel sat on the outside, right across from me was in In N Out burger and subway and a bunch of other stores. The lady Ciara and the Manager named Luz were the many reasons I extended my stay there. Their customer service were above and beyond. Luz is always in a good mood and will greet you immediately as she’s passing my doing rounds and asking if everything is ok, and if we need anything, which I never do but I love to hear that. Just as many other people have mentioned, Jessica made the stay of me and my boyfriend uncomfortable. She is incredibly rude and seems as if she didn’t want to be there. We were only there for a week but hated every moment we had to go to the office for anything and saw that Jessica was working. Someone needs to send her to an attitude adjustment class for better training on her personality because it stinks.
