this is a safe place , staff are nice and the location is good.
The heating system has improved significantly, making the building much more comfortable. Also, the overall facilities are better than before. Thanks to the management for these great upgrades!
Lier people sitting in management and give time for unit viewing but they deny showing and making excuses on the given time and date. They waste others time.
Not worth to live in here. Disrespectful employees, small evaluator, no A/C, no heating (only keep min heat bylaw). Right way, they charge ridiculous price for 2b(3k per month). With this price, you can choose any luxury condo in Yonge/Sheppard street.
