I almost had a heart attack this morning when a huge banging sound went off right beside my bed followed by hammering and banging all day. This is in addition to the regularly scheduled construction. I guess it's asking for too much consideration to get a little NOTICE when apartments are being renovated right beside you. Unacceptable, rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful.

If you're low income, you may want to pass this company by. They are only in it for the money. Rent is always increased and you will never see an improvement or general repair done to your suite. They will upgrade the apartment structures from time to time and call it Capital Improvement (to justify rent increasements), but this is only done to the cosmetics of the building itself so they can sell it to another company like MetCap or DMS.
