Worst management for 16 Leroy grant dr. Taking huge rents from people but no cleaning in building entrance, stinky elevators and lobby. Take time and go check your buildings and management.
Extremely disappointed with Homestead Land Holdings. Despite meeting all financial requirements and even offering to pay rent upfront, my application was rejected without any explanation. This lack of transparency and fairness is unacceptable. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting here based on my experience.
Extremely unprofessionalisam from top to bottom. They are just not responding or solving the problem despite you contact them 100 times. No accountability in a company like homestead is Suprise.
