Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service....left MULTIPLE messages with the "V.P" & got no reply back....& its a very important matter too including a staff member verbally assaulting a tenant......this company is absolutely disgusting & if you have families i HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER RENTING WITH HOME STEAD. BTW the V.P'S name is Carol.
Never move into a homestead residence!!!! Every single building I’ve dealt with has cockroaches and bedbugs… this company is disgusting and heartless
